KMB technical excellence — fully yours.

Your team, not a bench
The people who start on your product stay on it. They are not moved to another account to fill a gap. In the cooperations we have run, that commitment has been literal: a person starts on a project and ends on it, unless you ask for a change. The context stays where the work is.

You keep the direction
You set the priorities. We take hiring, retention, and the running of the team, with an account manager as the single point on our side. A senior engineer is on the work — the trial is one senior for a month, before any longer commitment. You are not managing five new employees. You are not handing the roadmap away either.

When someone has to leave
People leave companies. They do not leave your project for ours. If an engineer goes, we find the replacement and the two overlap for three weeks, at no charge, so the knowledge moves before the person does. The reset is the thing this model is built to avoid.

Yours, on paper and in the accounts
The contract is clear about ownership and about what each side owes. The code and the accounts are yours. Security and the way the work is handled sit under ISO 27001 and ISO 9001 — the same process on a dedicated team as on a project. Another senior team could take the work over. Staying is a choice, not a lock.

The cost of the team, not the cost of employing it
You are not carrying recruitment, retention, equipment, or the empty months. The rate is the capacity. Coordination is not a second invoice, and the overlap when someone is replaced is not billed. The saving is the employment you do not have to build.

Mastering Verticals: Our Expertise in Key Industries and Advanced Features at KMB

SaaS & B2B Product Engineering
Products other companies run their business on. Accounts, permissions, billing, teams, APIs, the admin side that has to keep working while the product grows. We take a piece of that platform — or the platform itself — and stay with it. The architecture is decided for the product you have today, with room for the team and the business behind it to grow.
Enterprise Applications & Complex UIs
Large amounts of information, long workflows, and a person who still has to get the job done. We learn the complexity first, then decide what belongs on the screen. Behind that: a frontend that can be extended, a design system the next engineer can use, and attention to performance and accessibility. The result should be manageable for the people who use it and for the people who will maintain it.
Real-Time & High-Scale Systems
Live data, many people at once, and small decisions that show up later as outages. Messaging, collaboration, event-driven work, background jobs, the cloud underneath. The aim is simple: the experience stays responsive, and the system stays understandable when the load changes.
Data-Intensive Applications & Analytics
Products built around data that is large, messy, or hard to trust. Surveys, documents, conditional logic, offline sync, operational numbers. We work the whole path: collect it, structure it, apply the rules, and put it in front of someone who has to act on it.
Workflow Automation & System Integrations
The work rarely lives in one system. It crosses internal tools, third parties, payments, email, SMS, and a few steps that are still manual. We connect those pieces. The point is not automation for its own sake. It is less friction, without throwing away the process that already works.
AI-Powered Applications & Intelligent Automation
AI where it solves a real problem in the product: documents, search, assistants, agents, a feature inside a system that already exists. Built as software, not as a demo — with permissions, evaluation, and a person still able to see what happened. Models and providers can change. The product should not have to be rebuilt around them.
Interactive & Media-Rich Web Experiences
Audio, video, editors, animation, 2D and 3D in the browser — work that used to need a desktop application. WebRTC, Web Audio, WebGL, and the frontend architecture that keeps it fast and maintainable. The same practice now covers interfaces where conversation and real-time interaction sit in the same screen.
