In 2016, Mr. Dimitris Vassos (Omilia’s CEO) contacted us and shared his vision. The vision was clear, extremely interesting, and challenging: Omilia wanted to create a web-based tool for natural language understanding so that partners and clients would be able to create, configure, and maintain their application(s) on their own. The nature of the project required KissMyButton to completely comprehend the details of Omilia’s full stack technology, understand the technology and business requirements, and suggest the best possible approach for this unique tool while at the same time making “technology invisible” by hiding complexity and delivering an extremely powerful and user-friendly tool.
KissMyButton designed and delivered the first version of Omilia’s, bleeding edge, tool, a version that helped the company communicate the vision, get feedback and make its infant steps into the self-service sector with great success.
In the summer of 2018 our mission ended as Omilia decided to progressively form an autonomous, in-house team to keep on with the development of the tool. Even on that stage, we provided tech and other support contributing to a very smooth handover to the new team.
